1. SMS Opt-In Policy

Receiving SMS/MMS messages from PRBOTS.AI is ENTIRELY OPTIONAL. Opting in to receive text messages is NOT required to use PRBOTS.AI services or to make a purchase.

Consent for SMS communications is collected via a separate, unchecked checkbox on our website forms. This checkbox is unchecked by default to ensure all subscribers provide active, intentional consent. Choosing not to opt-in will have no impact on your ability to use our software or professional services.

2. Express Written Consent

By checking the optional SMS opt-in checkbox on our forms, you provide PRBOTS.AI with TCPA Express Written Consent to contact you via SMS or MMS at the phone number provided.

This consent is strictly limited to the messaging program described herein and is separate from any service agreement or terms of service you may have with PRBOTS.AI. You acknowledge that you have the authority to provide consent for the number entered.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service and AI. Typically, subscribers receive between 2 and 10 messages per month, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and support replies.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider for details on your messaging plan.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. We process all opt-out requests immediately.

After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or reply START.

PRBOTS.AI strictly complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and all U.S. carrier requirements for A2P 10DLC and Toll-Free messaging.

All outbound messaging is registered via The Campaign Registry (TCR) and follows standard industry protocols for sender identification and consumer protection.
